To be eligible for the aid of the Kit Digital Next Generation EU, you must meet certain requirements as an SME or self-employed, among them: 1) Be considered a small or micro business and be within the effective limits and financial limits that define the categories of companies, framing the categories of micro, small and medium enterprises, as well as people in a situation of self-employment. 2) To be registered in the Census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Agency of Tributary Administration or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration. 3) Not to have the consideration of company in crisis. 4) Not to be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision of the European Commission declaring an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market, among others. These grants are divided into three categories:

Segment I. Small companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees.
Segment II. Small or microenterprises with 3 to less than 10 employees.
Segment III. Small or microenterprises with between 0 and 2 employees and self-employed persons.
