If this is your first time partnering with a CRM for hotels, it is normal for questions to arise.

For being a Fideltour partner and offering an extra service you will receive a quarterly commission for each new sale generated, you will improve your business KPIs, we will include you in our Marketplace and you will enjoy exclusive promotions and events to attract more customers.
We will be happy because we will have a new customer: you. Or even more, depending on how many hotels you get. In fact, it’s a win-win situation.
No! We only hope that you will attract new customers to Fideltour by promoting our products and services. The contractual, administrative, implementation and support management is in the hands of Fideltour.
You can refer anyone who is not an existing Fideltour customer under a payment plan. Please note that a Fideltour customer must be a hotel establishment, regardless of size, so other types of accommodations, tourist or otherwise, are not candidates for Fideltour customers – vacation homes, restaurants and other types of businesses do not fit the Fideltour model.
For each qualifying sale you generate, you can earn 10% of the gross amount Fideltour receives for the sale in the subsequent 12 months, provided the referred customer maintains their contract with Fideltour for at least 90 days. You will not be eligible to earn commission on any subsequent purchases of other Fideltour services that the customer purchases. A qualified sale is considered to be the first purchase made by the referred company that meets the following criteria: – The prospect registered within 90 days of the first click of the affiliate link. – A qualified sale takes place within the first 90 days of registration. – The referred company is not an existing paying customer of Fideltour. Example: If your referral, who is not an existing Fideltour customer, makes a purchase of product A and stays with Fideltour for 90 days, you will receive 10% of the profit Fideltour makes from the purchase for the first 12 months. If the same referral purchases product B later, you will not receive commission on product B.
No, you will not be eligible to receive commission for subsequent purchases (i.e. cross-sell) made by the same customer.
You will earn your commissions on each qualified sale after the referral remains a Fideltour customer for 90 days. The commission will be paid to you at the end of each calendar quarter as long as the customer remains current on payments. The amount paid each quarter will be based on the payment plan chosen by the customer: – If a qualifying sale customer opts to have an annual subscription plan, you will be eligible to receive the commission amount for the entire year. – If a qualifying sale customer opts to have a monthly subscription plan, you will be eligible to receive the monthly installment commission within each quarter for a period of one year from the qualifying sale date and after the first 90 days of your referral as a Fideltour customer. Note: if the customer switches to a free plan or terminates their subscription within the one-year period, the commission will only cover up to the date the customer cancels or downgrades their plan.
If a customer from a qualified sale on a monthly subscription downgrades their plan or cancels their subscription within the first year, the commission will only apply up to the date the customer cancels or downgrades their plan.
If a customer from a qualified sale is on an annual subscription, you will be eligible to receive the commission for the entire year.
No. The commission will only cover the profit made during the first 12 months after the first qualifying purchase of any Fideltour product made through your affiliate link.
There is no limit to the number of clients you can refer or the amount you can earn from this program. We encourage you to bring in as many referrals as you can.
A minimum of one referred client is required for each year of the contract in order to give continuity to the contract year after year. Failure to meet this minimum requirement will result in the annual non-renewal of the partnership agreement between the Affiliate and Fideltour.

As a member of the Fideltour Affiliate Program you will be able to enjoy co-marketing actions with us that will allow you to offer exclusive discounts and promotions for your customers. These actions will be defined by Fideltour’s commercial team and you will be notified to decide if you choose to participate in the promotion.

We provide you with our marketing team to help you spread the word about our products and services through various co-marketing actions, as well as content packages that you can use in your day-to-day business. In addition, our collaboration will come hand in hand with the assignment of a Fideltour sales representative who will work hand in hand with you to manage the leads you generate.
It depends on several factors and Fideltour’s commercial strategy at a given moment in time. Some examples of joint marketing include the management and dissemination of events, either face-to-face or digital, the launch of specific commercial campaigns, among others. You can consult at any time with our marketing team what options are available to you. All members of the Fideltour Affiliate Program have access to the Affiliate Kit, a set of documents and graphics that you can freely use to spread the word about using Fideltour. This kit is composed of commercial presentations, success stories, infographics and other graphic materials.
Every member of the Fideltour Affiliate Program has a Fideltour sales representative assigned to them by default. This means that you will always have direct contact with a specific person with whom you will build a relationship of trust and help each other to achieve the ultimate goal of attracting as many new customers as possible. Your representative’s job will be to continue your prospecting work by scheduling product demonstrations and closing sales for the potential customers you bring to them. The affiliate is not expected to perform all the commercial management in an autonomous and integral way, but to rely on his assigned sales representative to join forces and thus generate better results.
